25 Lusk is a unique restaurant and event space located in San Francisco. For a full re-branding project, I worked to establish individual identities for each of their three venues: the main dining restaurant, a lower level social lounge, and the newly added rooftop bar, as well as creating a new brandmark for 25 Lusk itself. Using a graphic bar within the logo and as the motif to represent levels in the space, typographic wayfinding signage directed customers seamlessly between each of the three venues.
Set in a historic meat-packing warehouse, there is an overwhelming presence of brick and exposed timber throughout. Taking inspiration from the surrounding repurposed wooden beams, a wood grain graphic was created and implemented as a subtle nod to the award-winning architecture.
